NOT CHILD'S PLAY

What you see in the pictures is no child’s play. It takes dedication and a lot of time to finish projects like the one you see in the pictures. It started out as a model building and photography project but grew to be something that doesn’t fail to amaze people. Even the pictures taken at night look very real and it is hard to say if it is a model or a real building.

Built with gator board, styrene plastic, sintra and numerous other objects, all the models are on a 1/24th scale. The trick is to photograph them with a suitable background. The creator [Michael Paul Smith] says that no post processing tricks were used to get the pictures to look real. The attention to details is just amazing and all the light that is used inside the buildings make them look real. The houses even have landscaping done around, which complete the look.
