England ace Cole walked away from Stamford Bridge in the summer to join Roy Hodgson's Reds on a free transfer.
But the 28-year-old midfielder has found himself battling to make an impact with the club currently in the Premier League drop zone.
And he insists Liverpool must begin grinding out results if they are to have any chance of getting into the top half of the table.
Cole said: "The right thing to do is try to grind out a win, then take it from there." Cole went on to say ......."We are right behind the manager and we all believe in the team and in the club."
" ONE GOOD PUSH AND WE'LL BE ON OUR WAY AGAIN "
A 2-0 defeat to neighbours Everton in the Merseyside derby left Liverpool above basement boys West Ham by virtue of goal difference.
"We have got to do better — everyone at the club — because we are not playing well.
"I'm not playing well and I know that. I expect better from myself.
"I need to find my form somehow. I'm sure I will and it will come soon."
