PICTURE THE SCENE
This programme was about an expedition to see how far Tigers ranged across the himalayas. Without going into too much detail, to find tigers at very high altitudes meant a huge scientific breakthrough and would enable a huge new project ( a 'tiger corridor across the himalayas into Bhutan'). This guy in the clip is a cameraman and had been setting camera traps at ridiculously high altitudes to see if the mystery of tigers (rumoured by legend to live up that high but never thought possible) could actually be true. The moment on the film clip (at about 32 secs) reminds me of times, years ago as a kid, being enthralled by David Attenborough as he discovered some new animal fact that neither he nor us ever knew.
