Late producer Aaron Spelling's 57,000-square-foot Los Angeles mansion is finally off the market.
The Holmby Hills house -- where Spelling once lived with wife Candy, daughter Tori and son Randy -- is slated to be sold to Petra Ecclestone, a 22-year-old heiress to the Formula One racing fortune, the Wall Street Journal reported.

The house, which sits on five acres, includes a bowling alley, beauty salon, several gift-wrapping rooms, a flower-cutting room, a china room, a "Prince Charles suite" named after the one-time guest and enough parking for a whopping 100 cars.

The French chateau-style mansion -- dubbed "The Manor" -- was listed at $150 million, but the sale price was not disclosed. It was officially listed in March 2009 but had been shown to potential buyers starting in 2008.

The Spellings bought the property in the 1980s but tore down the existing house to build the current mansion. It was considered the largest house in L.A. when it was built in 1991.

According to the WSJ, Ecclestone -- the daughter of British billionaire and Formula One racing boss Bernie Ecclestone -- intends to split her time between London and Los Angeles after she marries entrepreneur James Stunt in August.
