Domino's offering a breakfast pizza

First came the breakfast sandwich. Then the breakfast burrito. And now, the breakfast pizza?

Who said you can't have a fresh pizza in the morning? A Domino's restaurant in Dayton, Ohio, is adding a breakfast pizza to their menu. Not only are they the only Domino's open 24 hours, they're the only one to add it to their menu.

This breakfast pizza has eggs and cheddar cheese topped with bacon and ham.

"This is not part of a test of breakfast pizza, and there is no plan to roll this out nationally based on the Dayton store," said Domino;s spokesman Chris Brandon to AOL News. "However, we do think it's pretty cool."

Domino's isn't the only place adding breakfast pizza's to their menus. Some pizza shops in New York City are adding morning breakfast pizzas to their menus.

According to blogger Jason Feirman, founder of  I Dream of Pizza, told AOL News, Motorino and Pulino -- which both offer eggy breakfast pies -- Domino's could be taking a step in the right direction.

Tristan Koehler, the owner of the Domino's restaurant offering the egg-topped pizza told AOL News, that a medium size pizza would cost $7.99.
